I am so sorry for my prolonged absence! I am, once again, unable to sign into my blog at work and that's where I do a majority of my blogging. I get in early and have a lot of time available before starting work and usually put it to good use! Since it's warmer out now, I started walking to the "L" station in the am and get to work a bit later. Excuses, excuses!

I've also been doing some great reading. Finishing up the 4th book of the Game Of Thrones series...one more to go. I've been watching the HBO series and loving it. I was disappointed this past weekend because there was no episode! I also just finished Mrs. Kennedy and Me by Clint Hill, her former Secret Service man. It was really good. I highly recommend this book if you're at all interested in the Jackie. It's mainly about here and his relationship with her.
We had a wonderful time a week ago this past Sunday the Vera Bradley store in Oak Brook. One of my knitting friends won a party and invited us. We had a nice dinner together, did some shopping and headed over the Vera Bradley store. It was only us 14 at the party. The store was closed for a "Private Party." We all had a great time and bought lots of goodies.
Well, it's off to work I go now. I am walking today so I will get some exercise today!

I have been looking for the book Mrs.Kennedy and me in german but there is only to find in English,unfortunately.And i think its to hard for me to read in english.Its sad because you recommend it and i would love to read it.
